30 Second Timer – Visual Countdown with Alarm
0:30
Ready
Your screen may turn off — keep it awake.
Keys: Space start/pause, R reset, + / − one minute, F focus. Shortcuts work when the timer is focused.
Thirty seconds suits a beginner plank, a generous handwash, or a quick elevator pitch. Press Start and watch the ring drain; the large digits stay readable from a yoga mat or the back of a classroom. A chime marks the end, so you can focus on holding the position rather than watching the clock.
Ways to use this timer
- Holding a plank or wall sit for 30 seconds
- Giving each person a 30 second turn to share in a meeting or class
- Practising a 30 second elevator pitch out loud
Questions
How can I build up from a 30 second plank?
Repeat the 30 second hold two or three times with a short rest, and when that feels comfortable move up to the 45 second or 1 minute timer.
Can I see the timer from across the room?
Yes. Use focus mode to make the timer card fill the screen, which works well on a TV or projector.
